Lesson Terms

If my child misses a lesson, would you still charge me for it?
Each student is entitled to one missed lesson every four months, which will be replaced. Any more missed lessons will be forfeited. Exceptional circumstances (ie. child is sick, urgent family matters) will be considered on a case by case basis. MCs should be produced if student reports sick on the day of lesson.  Exams, enrichment lessons, tuition and overseas travel will not be considered as reasons for rescheduled lessons.

My child is late. Can you extend the lesson time?
Students should be punctual for their lessons. No extension of lesson time will be provided if students are late. As we are observing a schedule, lessons have to start and end on time.

Can I accompany my child to attend the lesson?
Parents of students aged 4 and below are allowed to sit in during lessons. All other students are expected to attend lessons independently.

I need to go on holiday. Can I stop lessons temporarily?
Should a student have to stop lessons for a month or more, but wish to retain his or her usual weekly lesson time, tuition fees will continue to be charge.d Otherwise the timeslot may be given to another student.

My child did not practice this week. Is it ok?
Students are expected to put in sufficient practce during the week in order to get the maximum benefits from their lessons. Should a student be repeatedly ill-prepared for the lesson, the lesson may be stopped before the full lesson duration has passed. In such an instance, no replacement lesson will be given.
